We provide objective information about your options and risks. We never give guarantees about the outcome of a custody dispute – every case is assessed on the basis of the best interests of the child and the circumstances of the individual case.
Before an assignment begins
In accordance with the Rules of Professional Conduct, we always check for potential conflicts of interest before advice or an assignment begins. That is why we ask you not to describe the case in detail until that check has been made.
